I'm currently recruiting for a Senior Production Manager to join a leading creative production business based in South London. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced production professional with a background in fabrication, scenic build, experiential marketing, events, retail environments or live productions. You'll be responsible for overseeing the full production lifecycle, from design handover and fabrication through to installation, de-rig and onsite delivery. The successful candidate will work closely with project managers, designers, workshops, suppliers and installation teams to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards. Responsibilities will include production planning, budget management, supplier coordination, technical oversight, logistics and health & safety compliance. I'm keen to speak with candidates who have proven experience managing workshops, fabrication teams and complex builds, alongside strong commercial awareness and problem-solving skills. Experience within experiential, retail, exhibition, brand activation or scenic production environments would be highly advantageous.
