We're looking for an organised and proactive Project Co-Ordinator to join a busy, creative team delivering exciting events and exhibitions around the world. You'll be at the heart of the action, coordinating everything from travel and accommodation to catering, transport, staffing, and supplier management. Working across two key client accounts, you'll help manage budgets, oversee logistics, handle invoicing and purchase orders, and ensure every detail is covered from planning through to delivery. We're keen to hear from candidates with a background in events, exhibitions, or creative agencies who are confident communicating with clients and suppliers alike. Strong Excel and administration skills are a must, along with a positive, solutions-focused attitude.
