I'm currently recruiting for a Financial Controller to join a growing, project-driven creative business based in South London (Lewisham way) 4 days a week in office. This role will suit a qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent, or QBE with relevant experience) who enjoys combining strong financial leadership with commercial partnering. You'll take ownership of management accounts, cashflow forecasting, budgeting, reporting, compliance and year-end processes, while supporting strategic decision-making across the business. Working closely with project and operational teams, you'll oversee project costing, margin management, forecasting and financial controls, ensuring the business continues to grow profitably. You'll also play a key role in improving systems, reporting and processes to support efficiency and performance. I'm keen to speak with candidates who have Financial Controller or Senior Finance Manager experience within a project-based environment, such as creative, production, events, construction or similar sectors. Experience with project accounting, WIP, revenue recognition and commercial finance is essential.
